Leather transfer film

Leather is always peoples favorite, but in the earlier time, the leather has very simple color and variety. With the improvement of living standard, people is pursuit of higher quality and diversified leather product, including not only the fashion, color, luster, cortex, but also the energy-saving, environmental protection. Thus, the market demand for leather post-processing, such as transfer film, stamping is growing fast. According to the technics, there are dry transfer process and wet transfer process for leather transfer printing. The dry transfer process is mostly using PET film ,with the release layer, color layer, hot-melt adhesive, to transfer the layers onto the surface of the leather in heat and pressure condition. The wet transfer process is firstly printing a special glue on the leather, and then integrate the coating layer of the transfer film with the glue through heat the pressure, finally, fix the coating layer on the leather. Patterns transfer can provide various patterns while the hot stamping transfer can offer advanced various color and mental luster. Leather transfer film is made of wide PET film adding the spread coating (release layer, protective layer, color layer, etc.), vacuum aluminum coating, and hot-melt adhesives (thermal plastic). Through the heating, pressing method, the shiny color coating layer with the metal or laser effect can be transferred entirely onto the surface of various synthetic leather (PU, PVC, TPU..), nature leather, fabric, and so on. The leather transfer film can completely transfer the entire color on the bottom leather, to obtain a harmonious and uniform effect, and posses great flexibility and elasticity. Leather transfer film is widely used on the shoes material, cases, bags, costume leather and so on. Capability and characteristic: 1. The transferred film can be recycled, according the international practice and modern requirement for environmental protection. 4. The main ingredients of the transfer coating layer is PU resin system. The transfer film is non-toxic, tasteless, and could reach the perfect combination with the leather. The transfer film can be used directly for leather printing, embossing, laminating process due to its good printing and temperature adaptability.
